Governance

In its internal architecture as in its method of crisis regulation, the institute applies to itself the requirement of Awakened Listening — one of the four disciplines of Awakened Service. When tensions threaten the fabric of the institute, the doctrine prescribes never resolving matters through the unilateral force of a bureaucratic hierarchy, but instead resorting to awakened listening and the search for a point of convergence.

The College of Founders

This requirement finds its statutory embodiment in the College of Founders, the supreme arbitration body and guarantor of doctrinal fidelity. The College does not govern through top-down authority, but through active mediation — turning internal disagreements into opportunities to deepen the alliance.

The Scientific Council

For the doctrine of We-ism to remain living and rigorous, the institute relies on a Scientific Council, composed of philosophers, researchers, sociologists, historians and peace specialists. This advisory body oversees the intellectual soundness of the doctrine and its ongoing confrontation with established knowledge.

The Ethics Committee

Every new doctrine carries a particular responsibility towards those it calls to follow it. The Ethics Committee ensures that the teaching, practice and dissemination of We-ism remain faithful to its founding principles.

Our Long-Term Vision

The Tuzafrika Institute is today a place of doctrine and action. In the years ahead, it is set to become a true international portal for We-ism — a complete ecosystem in service of research, training, and the community it brings together.

This roadmap is being built progressively, as resources and partnerships allow:

• The Tuzafrika Institute — the doctrinal and institutional foundation, already in place.
• The Academy of We-ism — a structured educational hub, extending the current training programmes for Companions.
• A digital library — the full body of founding texts, analyses and resources of We-ism, accessible in a single place.
• A scientific journal — an academic publishing space to deepen and test the doctrine against established knowledge.
• A research centre — to nourish the doctrine through ongoing study of the social and geopolitical dynamics of the Great Lakes and beyond.
• An online training platform — to make the Method of We-ism and its modules accessible beyond in-person sessions.
• An observatory of African societies — a monitoring and analysis tool in service of advocacy and mediation.
• A members' area — a space of their own for Companions, to track their journey and access reserved resources.
• A mapping of Tuzafrika communities — to visualise the living network of Circles, Ambassadors and Builders around the world.

This vision is not achieved in a day: it is built stone by stone, like the doctrine itself — through the Useful-Existence of each person.
