Write to Tuzafrika, report a difficulty, raise an alert.
Tuzafrika is an institute of thought and action, based in Belgium and engaged in the African Great Lakes region. Researchers, practitioners, organisations, Companions or readers: write to us.
Three channels exist, each for a precise use. Choosing the right one saves everyone time.
Write to the Institute
- contact@tuzafrika.org
- General enquiries, collaboration proposals, press requests, partnerships and speaking invitations. This is the association's official address, recorded in article 3 of its statutes.
Report a difficulty
- plainte@tuzafrika.org
- For beneficiaries and communities affected by our activities. Every complaint is acknowledged within seven days and answered with reasons within two months. Our field mediators also relay complaints orally, with no written formality, in the local languages of the areas where we work.
Raise an alert
- alerte@tuzafrika.org
- A confidential channel managed by the College of Founders. No sanction or retaliation may be taken against a person reporting in good faith. Alerts are acknowledged within seven days and investigations closed within three months at most, with due respect for the rights of the defence.
These two channels are established by the association's Internal Rules of Procedure, articles 3bis and 5.
