Trainings

Becoming a Companion of the Way cannot be improvised: it is learned, like a true art that is only learned through practice, and is never fully complete — this is what we call the Art of We.

The Method (how We-ism thinks and acts) → The Art of We (the capacity to put it into practice, below) → We-ism in Practice (its concrete applications).

Our trainings pass on:

  • The doctrinal foundations of We-ism (Useful Existence, Knot of Destinies, Awakened Service)
  • The four disciplines of Awakened Service, including Weaving Speech and Awakened Listening
  • The criteria of exemplarity for the Living Landmark: a positive and continuous responsibility, never an isolated act

Beyond these foundations, two practical modules equip Companions for action: the Method of We-ism, which structures decision-making in the face of any concrete situation, and Communicational Responsibility, which disciplines speech and the use of media in service of the "We".

These trainings are primarily aimed at young people, women and people from immigrant backgrounds, in line with the social purpose of the Tuzafrika Institute.

The Method of We-ism

This module passes on to Companions the Method of We-ism: seven universal rules — from Useful Existence to Continuous Transformation — and a seven-step decision-making process, to apply the doctrine to any concrete situation, from analysing a problem to collective action.

Communicational Responsibility

We-ism regards communication as a founding act of civilisation: it builds up or destroys, unites or divides, protects life or prepares violence. This module passes on to Companions the theory of Communicational Responsibility of We-ism — a seven-factor analytical framework that examines every word, every message and every channel against a single question: does this communication strengthen the "We", or fragment it?
